BMS Adventure Private Limited is a trustworthy and officially registered Yoga and Trekking Company under the laws of Government of Nepal dedicated to offer best possible services to our customers in a different way. With the aim of flourishing Yoga tourism all around the world, we put our efforts in making our service better and better. Your successful, satisfaction and happiness with Bodily, Mindfully and Soulfully trip through our company is utmost priority. Here is our Terms & Conditions below:

Risk and Liabilities

Any sort of tours/Treks, Yoga & Meditation is conducted under the certain rules and regulations of BMS and tourism board of the respective country. We are not responsible for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like a change in rules and regulations of the country, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is humbly and strongly recommended.

Last minute booking

We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 7 days prior to the trip departure dates. Most of the bookings can be done even in the last Minute except some certain trips. We are at your service for 24/7 hours.

Postpone the trip

A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.

In case of postponement of Nepal tour, a minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred to the postponed trip.

Trip Cancellation (Nepal)

In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons, you need to write it to us 14 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as canceled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. If the reason for your cancellation is genuine like injury or serious illness, you can postpone your trip or transfer your booking to another person who meets all the requirements for the trip. However, a fee of USD 150 per person will be charged if you postpone or transfer your trip within 15 days prior to your trip date. As per our policy, the deposit amount is non-refundable, therefore, you can utilize the amount to book a trip with BMS next time.

Incompleteness in Trip

We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.

Unpredicted Circumstances

If your trip gets canceled due to any unpredicted circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip is not the one you chose, we will work hard to provide you with a trip experience in alignment with the value of your original trip cost.

Fluctuation in Trip Cost

BMS Adventures Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change the price under various circumstances. Our action will be reasonable like in case of some circumstances such as a drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions, etc., we are not liable to answer anyone for our action.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance should cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.

Flight Delay/Cancellation

Flight delays and cancellation may occur during bad weather conditions in the remote areas particularly in the Everest region, Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region etc. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. BMS will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.

Your Personal Stuffs

We are not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.

Warning

Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be responsible for their terms and conditions.

Regarding the Payment

Provide us a photocopy of your passport and 25% of trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is non- refundable.

The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your Meditation, Tour & Trekking. Also, BMS reserves right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our specified time.

  • If you prefer payment through a credit card, please download, print, and complete the Credit Card Authorization and mail it as an attachment to [email protected].
  • For credit card payments, a 4% extra will be levied as a credit card processing fee.
