Your Nepal visit schedule may include activities like trekking, hiking, rafting, peak climbing, etc which can make you feel tired.

If you have got one spare day from your Nepal visit schedule you are at the right place. This is for you. When you trek in the mountains your muscles may be sore from lactic acid buildup. This 1 day BMS healing program has been designed to make your one-day special and stress-free. Yogic Breathing practice and oil Massage help to release tension from the muscles. According to Ayurveda, our body accumulates vata (air quality which is drying in nature, characterized by dry skin and dry colon), especially during travel. Oil Massage and soft-cooked meals help to balance vata within the body. You may get exhausted after returning from your trek and this package helps to soothe your tired muscles.

A powerful Ayurvedic therapy to restore the calmness of the mind and to reduce fatigue in the body is known as Shirodhara. It’s a method in which you will have a continuous stream of ghee, milk, or oil at the third eye spot or the area between your eyebrows. Shirodhara helps to eliminate toxins from the body as well as mental exhaustion. It provides a soothing effect on your central nervous system thus boosting your mood.

Ayurvedic oil massaging or Abhyanga is a therapeutic application of oil in the body. Oil massage increases blood circulation and helps to remove impurities or toxins accumulated in the body. Massaging simply strengthens and tones the muscles while maintaining the vigor of the body.

Steam bath increases blood circulation throughout the whole body. Increased blood circulation causes movement and elimination of toxins from the body. Steam bath makes your body feel light and relaxed. Steam bath is an ancient practice of healing and relaxation.

Sound healing is a form of therapy in which different vibrations are used to heal the body, mind, and soul. Singing Bowl healing which is also known as Nada Chiktisa, has been very popular around the world these days. Vibration is supposed to open blocked energy channels of our body. Energy channels are invisible, from which Prana or the life force energy flows throughout the body. Sound baths have a very calming effect on our bodies and mind.

Yogic breathing increases vitality by surging oxygen levels in your body cells. Through this accumulated toxins are washed out of the body.

Finally, it’s time to get connected with your inner self through Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation. This is a subtle practice to find inner peace and relaxation in your body.

12:15- 13:15 Yogic Discussion with Guru and Yogic Breathing practice

13:30-14:30 Singing Bowl healing session

14:45-16:00 Meditation/ yoga Nidra

16:00 Herbal Tea Time

  • there will be vegetarian food items for lunch. Traditional Nepali lunch set includes Rice, Lentils, cooked vegetables curry, pickle, and leafy greens.
  • Other available options for lunch can be Mo:Mo: Fried Rice, Chowmein, Pasta, etc.
