Around 6:30 AM we will pick you up from your hotel to reach the tourist bus stop at 7 AM. At 7:30 AM your bus will depart to Pokhara. You will have six to seven hours of bus ride with beautiful scenic views. Your guide will be with you to explain things you want to know during the trip. The bus will stop at two stations one for lunch and the other for snacks or for you to freshen up. The distance between Kathmandu and Pokhara is 200 km.
You will wake up to the cool breeze of Pokhara city. Your day will start with gentle yoga and meditation exercises. After breakfast at Pokhara Hotel, we will drive to Nayapul, which is 40 km away from Pokhara. We start hiking from Nayapul, witnessing the scenic beauty of nature and the river. We will have lunch after reaching Tikhedhunga. If we could walk further we would stay overnight at Ulleri (2,050m), a step ahead of Tikhedhunga. Enjoy it’s your first night in the mountains.
Your day will start with yoga and meditation practice. After a delicious breakfast, we will start hiking towards Ghorepani. Initially, there will be a steep ascend to reach Ulleri and we will pass through incredible Rhododendron forests and beautiful villages. You will get to see Annapurna Massif from various spots along your way. Overnight stay will be at Ghorepani at an altitude of 2,874 meters.
Your day will start very early in the morning today. We will reach Poonhill before dawn to witness an incredible sunrise over the mountains. We reach Poonhill after an hour of active walk from Ghorepani.
You will get to see an enchanting lineup view of mountains including Annapurna South, Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Machhapurchhre, and many more. After spending the desired moments and capturing pictures, we descend towards Ghorepani.
After having breakfast at Ghorepani, we trek towards Tadapani. The entire trekking trail is rewarding with breath taking views of the Himalayas, forests, and many more.
Overnight stay will be at Tadapani after soothing evening meditation.
Your day will start with early morning yoga and meditation practice. After having a delicious breakfast at Tadapani, we will start hiking towards Ghandruk; a Gurung village. Today is the shortest trek of your entire trek, allowing you to explore Ghandruk village. After having lunch at Ghandruk we will visit the Gurung museum and wear a Gurung dress if you wish.
Overnight stay will be at Ghandruk after peaceful evening meditation.
Your day will begin with yoga and meditation practice like in previous days. It’s your final day of the trek, after having breakfast we will start hiking towards Nayapul. One and a half hours of drive to Pokhara will be scenic and relaxing.
There will be no scheduled activities in Pokhara, The Evening is yours to spend on your way around Lakeside.
As per this itinerary, we will return to Kathmandu via tourist bus. We catch a tourist bus from the tourist bus park at 7 am. We reach Kathmandu around 3 to 4 pm. Enjoy the scenic ride back to Kathmandu. Your trek guide will return with you.

You have to think for four days in the mountains
Poonhill (3,210m) is the highest elevation point we will be reaching during this trek. Poonhill’s temperature in summer ranges between 20 to 25 degrees Celsius and its winter temperature can be anywhere between 8 to 12 degrees during the day and around 2 degrees or below during the night.
