Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu to Balthali
After your breakfast one of our representatives from BMS adventures, who will also be your guide for three days, will come to pick you up from the hotel. Then we will drive you towards our destination; Balthali. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to reach Khopasi by car. From Khopasi we will do an easy hike for about an hour through the village, beautiful scenery, and forest. We can hear melodious birds chirping during the hike.
After an hour’s uphill walk we will reach Balthali and then check in at our hotel. After relaxing for a while we will get ready for a yoga session. Yoga sessions will be of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in the fresh air. The yoga class will be conducted by our experienced yoga instructor. Yoga sessions will include stretching, poses, pranayama or breathing practice, chanting, relaxation, and meditation.
After rejuvenating yoga practice we will look around for a while then get ready for dinner.
Overnight stay will be in the resort and the menu is inclusive of lunch and dinner.
Day 02: Morning and Evening Yoga classes and village tour
Waking up with the cool breeze and melodious sound of birds will be an amazing experience. After waking up we will witness a stunning sunrise. Surrounding you are standing right now will help you to immerse in nature. We will have the second yoga session of the retreat in the early morning sun and cool air. After having an inspirational yoga class, you will get to have a fresh and warm breakfast with the Perfect Mountain and nature view around.
Then we will be out for a village tour. You will get to see a water mill (pani ghatta), and Ladkeshwor temple which is artistically situated inside the cave en route. We’ll walk forward to Nepane Village (Typical Tamang Village), where we will meet locals and get to know about them. After exploring the lifestyle of a typical Tamang community, we move down to Ladku River and then hike back to the resort. Lunch will be at the resort and then there is time to stroll around the resort. After finishing our all-day tour, we will sit for an Evening Yoga session. After the Yoga session, you will have dinner and go to bed. Overnight stay will be at the same Resort. The menu is inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 03: Balthali to Kathmandu
Today as well we will wake up early in the morning to see the stunning sunrise.
We will also get to enjoy the view of the panoramic mountain range, seeing terrace fields and the village coming to life. Then, our comprehensive Yoga session will be held.

After satisfying breakfast, we get ready to return back to Kathmandu. We will be hiking down to Khopasi, crossing a suspension bridge, and walking through the village. After an hour of riding, we will reach Kathmandu. We will depart with the hope to serve you soon in the future. You will be dropped off at your hotel. The menu is inclusive of Breakfast.
