FAQ

Does yoga make trekking easy?

As per our experience yoga definitely helps. In yoga practice we integrate pranayama or the breathing practice which strengthens our respiratory muscles for deep breathing required during trekking. Yoga asana practice is about holding any posture for the period of time which develops endurance power within us so that we could endure the long trekking with ease.

Is pranayama and yoga same?
